If I have not done some Christmas Baking, I feel that I have left something undone...so I did, even if it was in January. Below I have some divinity, cookies and fudge and lovely pralines with pecans. I have always had a rear of making divinity because people always talked about how hard it is and how the weather can affect it, I gave it a shot and it was DIVINE, 2 batches later and both turned out!
